Description
:
The project consists of the new construction of a single, three-story 69,620 square foot (sf) senior housing project containing 70 apartment units, situated on an approximately 3.885-acre site. Site improvements will include stormwater management, demolition of existing improvements (former Bryan County Elementary School) including buildings, roadways, pavement and utilities and construction of site utilities, roadwork, sidewalks, site lighting and landscaping. CRESG provided Construction Monitoring and Reporting Services to National Affordable Housing Trust through Building Consultants.
