Description
:
The United States Navy was plagued by waterproofing and other serious problems in Navy provided offbase housing. These conditions became the subject of numerous media reports. The Navy was embarrassed and wanted to conduct an expedited detailed inspection of numerous housing complexes. CRESG provided Property Condition Assessments on numerous facilities to Construction Insight and the United States Navy
