Owner Representation

  • An Owner(‘s) Representative works for and reports to the Owner of a commercial design and construction project or program (multiple projects).  The Owner(‘s) Representative is responsible for optimizing the process and obtaining the “best” project possible for the money and time available to design, construct and turn over the Project to the Owner’s end users.
  • CRESG is unique in that we believe the “best interests” of the Project represent the “best interests” of the Owner.  It is our “Big Picture” perspective that sets us apart.  If we do only what “right” and “best” for the project, we will ultimately obtain the “best” facility and outcome for the Project.
