The Shipt Tower is a 34-story, 454-foot (138 m) tall office building in Birmingham, Alabama. Built in 1986 as the corporate headquarters for SouthTrust Corp., and was known as the SouthTrust Tower until 2005. SouthTrust merged with Wachovia and it became the Wachovia Tower in 2010. In 2020, Shipt, a local start-up and subsidiary of the Target Corp. became the anchor tenant of the building and the Tower was rebranded as the Shipt Tower.

BDG developed this 355,000 square foot state-of-the-art concrete tilt-up warehouse building in its Hartman Road Business Park. The cross-dock building includes 32’ clear-height ceiling, 68′ deep staging bays with reinforced floors 52’ wide typical bays, ESFR fire suppression and significant trailer parking. The venture was co-financed with a nationally-recognized investment company and was leased in its entirety to Publix Supermarkets, Inc. for ten years. The property was subsequently released in its entirety to another single tenant on a long-term basis.

Bradley is a national law firm with a reputation for skilled legal work, exceptional client service, and impeccable integrity.

CRESG provided program management services to Crescent Resources for all tenant build out. This includes 11 tenants and 120,000 SF of office space. Major tenants are Ameron International, Emerald Solutions, Lasik Plus Vision Center, Quantum Trading, Redback Networks, Regus Business Centre, and Unison Systems.
