CRESG provided program management services to Crescent Resources for all tenant build out. This includes 11 tenants and 120,000 SF of office space. Major tenants are Ameron International, Emerald Solutions, Lasik Plus Vision Center, Quantum Trading, Redback Networks, Regus Business Centre, and Unison Systems.

Parkwood Point is a two phased, 440,000 SF Class "A" office development located in the heart of Atlanta's Northwest Office Market developed by Barry Real Estate Companies.
