The first Roly Poly opened in Atlanta, Georgia in 1996 founded on a very simple idea. Take fresh flour tortillas and roll incredible sandwiches filled with top quality meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables and spreads and serve them in a fun and friendly environment. There are currently over 75 Roly Poly locations throughout the United States.
CRESG acted as the Owner’s Representitive providing construction management services including the supervision of owner’s consultants / design team, general contractors, and owner’s vendors and contractors. Responsibilities included regular visits to monitor progress and quality of the work, manage project schedule and budget for three restaurants in the Metro Atlanta Area.
