Description
:
Riverside is a 850-acre master planned development located on the west side of Atlanta, near the Fulton Industrial District, catering to distribution, light manufacturing and high-tech companies. Crescent Resources purchased the remaining 331 acres within the park. Riverside offers quick access to downtown Atlanta, Hartsfield International Airport, and other major freeways.
CRESG provided program management services to Crescent Resources for tenant build out. This includes two tenants, Airborne Express and Hyundai Motor America, and 43,000 SF of office space.
