                Rosources is developing a 117-acre office park located on Satellite 
                Boulevard, just west of I-85 in northeast Atlanta. Buildings 300, 
                400, 500 and 600 are each 132,000+ SF, six story, Class "A" 
                office facilities and provide a tremendous opportunity for a quality 
                business environment. There are also six single-story garden office 
                facilities totaling 410,500 SF. The desirable location is next 
                to Gwinnett Place Mall, the primary catalyst for the growth and 
                success of the area, which provides amenities that are characteristic 
                of each Crescent Resources project.
              CRESG 
                provided program management services to Crescent Resources for 
                all tenant build out. This includes 45 tenants and 650,000 SF 
                of office space. Major tenants include American Security Insurance, 
                BellSouth, Branch Banking & Trust, Compucredit, CNA, GE Capital, 
                Keck & Wood, Liberty Mutual, Merial Limited, OSI Portfolio,
