CRESG provided program management services to Barry Real Estate for the entire initial tenant build out. This includes 17 tenants and 231,700 SF of office space. Major tenants were Executrain, Americold, Compuware, Gartner Group, Ernst & Young LLP, and Fortis Family Life.
