One Federal Place is an 11-story, 301,629-square-foot office and retail building. Barry Real Estate Compnies (BREC) was the Developer. The Project is directly across the street from the U.S. Federal Courthouse Building. Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP (Bradley) is a law firm based in Birmingham, Alabama and it was the lead tenant for the new Building. Bradley is a national law firm with a reputation for skilled legal work, exceptional client service, and impeccable integrity.
