The garden building consisted of 7 floors of parking, covered by 2 - 80K SF floors of Class A office space, topped by an elevated park including trees, grass and a fountain. Water from the park leaked down and into the office spaces. CCM and later CRESG served as the project manager for the investigation of the causes of the problems, litigation & arbitration with the contractor, design of the waterproofing solutions, design of the replacement park hardscape & landscape, and construction of the remedial work.
