Description
:
Pine Trail Multi-Family Homes. This is the second work scope (under construction) of three for CHRIS 180 at this site. The project consists of two components: new construction of a single, 4,167sf residential duplex located at 1743 Pine Trail Road and renovations to three existing single–story with basement residences on the north side of Pine Trail Road (1708, 1730 and 1748 Pine Trail). Access to the properties will be from Pine Trail via typical residential driveways.
