Deerfield Park, located in the North Fulton submarket of Atlanta, Georgia, is a Hines-developed, 550-acre master-planned community, designed by the nationally acclaimed land planning firm of Roy Ashley & Associates. Deerfield is zoned to accommodate up to five-million square feet of office space, 700,000 square feet of retail space and 1,700 multi-family residential units.
CRESG provided due diligence inspection services to Crescent Resources in conjunction with the purchase of several large tracts of land for office development.
