Description
:
Located at the highly visible intersection of New York Avenue and Florida Avenue, NE, in Washington, D.C., Washington Gateway is a $370-million mixed-use development that will serve as the northern anchor to the city’s NoMa district. More than 980,000 square feet of development is planned, including two office towers, 262 residential units, 15,000 sq ft of street-level retail, and 181 hotel rooms. CRESG provided pre-construction services to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and The Wolf Group (Regional Engineer) for the 262 unit residential unit. The project was put on an indefinite hold during 02/2009. Phase One, the Elevation at Washington Gateway was completed in 2014 and consists of a 400-unit, 14-story high-rise apartment building with luxury finishes and abundant amenities including a rooftop pool with Capital views.
