In 2005 – 2006, Spectrum Properties and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors reconstructed a 13 story international-styled office tower built in 1972 into 109 high end residential condominiums. These condominium homes feature top of the line materials such as hardwood floors, granite countertops in kitchen and bath(s), stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms.
