Program Management

One Federal Place is an 11-story, 301,629-square-foot office and retail building. Barry Real Estate Compnies (BREC) was the Developer. The Project is directly across the street from the U.S. Federal Courthouse Building. Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP (Bradley) is a law firm based in Birmingham, Alabama and it was the lead tenant for the new Building. Bradley is a national law firm with a reputation for skilled legal work, exceptional client service, and impeccable integrity.

Deerfield Corporate Centre One is a 6 story 132,000 SF Class "A" office building located near Deerfield Parkway and Morris Road, in Alpharetta, GA. CRESG provided program management services to Crescent Resources for all tenant build out. This includes 11 tenants and 120,000 SF of office space. Major tenants are Ameron International, Emerald Solutions, Lasik Plus Vision Center, Quantum Trading, Redback Networks, Regus Business Centre, and Unison Systems.

Parkwood Point is a two phased, 440,000 SF Class "A" office development located in the heart of Atlanta's Northwest Office Market developed by Barry Real Estate Companies.

Deerfield Point is a Barry Real Estate’s Class “A” office development located on Morris Road within the master-planned development known as Deerfield. Situated on 16 beautiful acres, Deerfield Point consists of two 100,000 square foot Class “A” office buildings. Deerfield is a Hines Interests’ mixed use development comprising 554 acres of offices, retail, hotels and multi-family residential. Deerfield is centrally located in Atlanta’s newest ad fastest growing office core known as the GA 400/North Fulton submarket.

Crescent Rosources is developing a 117-acre office park located on Satellite Boulevard, just west of I-85 in northeast Atlanta.

Located on a 12-acre wooded site at the entry to Glenlake Office Park, 10 Glenlake South is a 10-story, Class A office tower providing exceptional access and premier visibility from GA 400 and Abernathy Road. 

Park 22 is a 3-office building complex located in Austin, TX. The buildings contain 200K SF of Class “A” office space. This extraordinary project was built in Austin (beginning in 1998), which was decades ahead of the rest of the US in it’s focus on Environmental Issues including Water Quality.
