Description
:
“CHRIS 180 is dedicated to healing children and families with holistic, trauma-informed health services. It opened its new 20,000-square-foot Center of Excellence building. Organizers say the building will serve as an updated, multi-purpose facility for its adoptions program and Keeping Families Together program. The non-profit says the facility will be foundational to its ongoing efforts to expand psychiatric support, group counseling, and trauma-informed health services.” (see links above)
CETEC. This is the first work scope of three for CHRIS 180 at this site. This project consists of the demolition of an existing residential structure and new construction of a two–story 19,393 square foot (sf), multi–purpose Center of Excellence for Training, Education and Connections (CETEC). The vehicular entrances to the site will be on the east from Fayetteville Road and on the west from Pine Trail Road. Proposed improvements at the initial 0.751 acre site will include clearing, sediment controls, grading, utilities, construction of the CETEC building, paving and landscaping. Parking will be provided to the south and east of the building, with a total of 95 parking spaces including three handicapped accessible spaces.
