1. establishment and implementation of Tenant Work Policies and Procedures;
2. development of a simple but sophisticated system of tracking and controlling costs for each tenant space; and
3. gaining firm control over design and construction costs for two “Class A” properties.

Over 1.3 million square feet of “Class A” office space have been constructed at a cost of over $29 million dollars.
