The law firm Burr Forman LLP, is one of the Shipt Tower’s original tenants. Founded in 1905, Burr & Forman is a Southeastern regional firm with 360 attorneys and 19 offices in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The firm provides clients with a wide range of business and litigation services, with more than 40 practice areas ranging from consumer product safety to family law to health care. Burr & Forman’s legal team serves clients with local, national and international legal needs, and its industry strengths are in the financial institutions, health care and manufacturing sectors.
This work took almost 3 years to complete as it involved the the design, construction, Fixture, Furniture and Equipmemt (FFE) and turnover of 6 floors of high-end legal office space for Burr-Forman. It was done concurrently with the complete renovaton of the Wachovia Tower.
CRESG provided all of the necessary services to Barry Real Estate Companies (BREC) to achieve this complicated important project while Burr Forman continued to conduct their business.
