CRESG provided Contract Administration for the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida. As the Architect’s Representative, CRESG responsibilities included weekly site visits, monitoring progress, adherence to contract documentsm and quality of work. Other contract administrative duties include review of submittals, shop drawings, and responding to/processing contractor’s requests for information.
