Mr. Meloney has planned and scheduled more than 1500 projects valued in excess of $8 billion dollars over a twenty-five year period. Those projects range from smaller commercial structures to an $800 million dollar coal fired power plant including the construction phasing of approximately 25 major structures.

Experience

He has prepared conceptual and design schedules for architects, pre-bid schedules for owners, a variety of construction schedules for General Contractors, Sub-contractors and Construction Managers and established construction near-term and milestone completion requirements for both Architects and Owners. He has been a Professional Scheduling Consultant since 1983, as well as owner of construction consulting firms.

Some of his responsibilities and representative projects with which he has been directly involved include:

• Preparation of master project schedules and detailed construction schedules for major hotel and convention center projects.

• Developed and maintained a detailed construction schedule for a hydro power plant facility with a construction cost of $60,000,000.

• Prepared detailed project schedules for a 490 bed hospital including evaluation of manpower requirements.

• Developed and maintained a detailed construction schedule for a 26 phase hospital addition and major renovation of existing departments.

• Prepared a detailed construction schedule for a major electronics facility and interfaced all department relocation schedules.

• Developed and maintained a detailed construction schedule for a $450 million resort development including a mix-use facility, condominiums, conference center and high rise hotel.

• Prepared conceptual, design and detailed construction schedules for over 175 healthcare related projects and conducted monthly progress review meetings.
