Over 1.3 million square feet of "Class A" office space have been constructed at a cost of over $29 million dollars.

Responsibilities included: (1) developing the project design, schedule and budget; (2) negotiating with the general contractor; (3) establishing a construction plan that achieves the owner's objectives as to cost, schedule and quality; (4) obtaining necessary permits; (5) monitoring the schedule; (6) negotiating changes; (7) reviewing pay applications; (8) monitoring punch list work; (9) preparing for occupancy and final closeout; and (10) management of tenant space construction. Phase I of the project, the IBM Tower, is described as follows:
