The garden building consisted of 7 floors of parking, covered by 2 - 50K SF floors of Class A office space, topped by an elevated park including trees, grass. Water from the park leaked down and into the office spaces. CCM and later CRESG served as the project manager for the investigation of the causes of the problems, litigation & arbitration with the contractor, design of the waterproofing solutions, design of the waterproofing solutions, and construction of the remedial work.
