Parkwood Point is a two phased, 440,000 SF Class "A" office development located in the heart of Atlanta's Northwest Office Market developed by Barry Real Estate Companies. Phase One is an eight and one half story structure utilizing a curtainwall system of green tinted glass and Italian granite. The building contains approximately 220,000 RSF. Sited on one of the area's highest points along the Powers Ferry Road Ridge, Parkwood Point provides exceptional visibility and outstanding views.

CRESG provides program management services to Barry for all multi-tenant build out. This includes seven tenants and 81,000 SF of office space. Major tenants are Acuson-Siemens, Barry Real Estate, CMP Media, GE Capital, Homebanc, National Health Corp. and The Segal Company.
