Deerfield Point is a Barry Real Estate's Class "A" office development located on Morris Road within the master-planned development known as Deerfield. Situated on 16 beautiful acres, Deerfield Point consists of two 100,000 square foot Class "A" office buildings. Deerfield is a Hines Interests' mixed use development comprising 554 acres of offices, retail, hotels and multi-family residential. Deerfield is centrally located in Atlanta's newest ad fastest growing office core known as the GA 400/North Fulton submarket.

CRESG provides program management services to Barry Real Estate for all tenant build out. This includes 15 tenants and 185,000 sf of office space. Major Phase 1 tenants are Transamerica, Genrad, The Asutin Company, and Hoechst, Marion, Roussel. Major Phase 2 tenants are GATX, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, LaFarge, Nike and Toyota Financial Services.
