The United States Postal Service constructed approximately 40 new and renovated Postal Stores in the Metro Atlanta, GA area in preparation for the 1996 Olympics. Capitol Construction Management, CCM, provided Project Management services directly to the USPS, and architectural contract administration services through the project architect, Milton Pate Associates.

This program provided the wherewithal to make CRESG/CCM a reality, and for this we will be eternally grateful to Milton Pate Associates and the United States Postal Service.
