Coca Cola Bottling Company constructed a 30,000sf distribution and warehouse facility. CRESG (as subcontractor to The Griffin Company) provided construction management services on behalf of CCBC. The single story, steel framed structure (mezzanine) included offices, vehicle maintenance bays and storage warehouse.
