when it opens in late 2003. With a 17,000 square-foot Spa, two
Olympic-sized swimming pools, and a Greg Norman designed nine-hole
golf course, the resort will be the perfect Cayman Island destination.

Milton
Pate Associates (project architect) retained CRESG to provide
contract administration for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and The Residences
at Ritz. CRESG responsibilities include monthly site visits, monitoring
progress, adherence to contract documents, and quality of work.
Other contract administrative duties include review of submittals,
shop drawings, and responding to/processing contractor's requests
for information.
